Over one year we appointed 2 agents one after the other who listed our house for sale without success. Our son recommended Chris as he had a very good experience previously. So it was the third time lucky. Chris had a fresh approach to the presentation and marketing of the house that resulted in a better offer in a deteriorating market that the other 2 agents couldn't match even in a strong market.
