At CRASTO Properties we are committed to making a difference to our clients and team.

The journey began in 2000 with the opening of Advantage Real Estate, an independent office. Within a couple of years, the company grew to a team of 18 and had a strong market share that was achieved by incredible results. In 2003, after being approached by an International real estate franchise, the company took on the dream to run large multiple offices. 2004 saw the opening of a new office in Surfers Paradise that had the capacity of 80 salespeople. The company grew to a team of 40. However, in 2006, due to a change in personal and family commitments saw the directors move back to Robina and change their focus from running large teams to running a boutique business that was focused on their value system.

The need in the market for a local company with a focus on being flexible and offer clients old fashioned service and values while incorporating modern day professionalism and technology saw the change of the brand to Crasto Properties.
