When we agreed on a market value , Kevin stuck to his guns. If and when you leave all the aspects to area knowledge and trends/values, you can rely on Kevin and his friendly team to do the right thing. As this was 5th house sale, I would say that I had enough of the slick talk I had previously and sought Kevin out specifically to carry out the task of finding the right buyer.
Smooth Sales process -
As absentee property owners, Kevin helped us to get the property ready for sale which required a work schedule to improve the property. His tradespeople were helpful and quick to do their work and the house dresser did an excellent job. The sales price we achieved was just above the amount that we wanted. Overall, it was great to work with Kevin he was responsive and open to discussion. I would definitely recommend him to sell a hinterland property.
