Challenging Sale -
At first glance our property was from all reports going to be a quick sale. My partner and I recently purchased a property that Kevin was listing and we couldn't have been more impressed by the level of professionalism of Kevin.
We must have looked at 20 properties in the hunt for our new place and not one of those agents took the time to do their research on the property they were selling. We noticed a big difference dealing with Kevin he knew how long they were living in the apartment, what upcoming work was due on the building, how much was in the sinking fund, what major work had already been carried out on the building and if the building was NBN ready you name it he knew.
