Honest and authentic agent.
I was more than happy with Vince Cosentino as my agent. He handled every transaction with potential buyers with skill and wisdom. He is a very likeable and personable person and refreshingly respectful and honest. I felt that I was in control of the sale and was happy to accept any suggestion or guidance from Vince. I did not feel I was being pushed to make any decision and felt respected when I declined offers for the property, and this was important to me. I would definitely use Vince and Crasto Properties again for future sales.
Fantastic Agent

Area expert -
Vince was a fantastic agent. As buyers, he kept in touch with us with all new properties and properties that weren't even listed yet. He was knowledgeable and friendly and always followed up on queries we had. In a market where sellers are in high demand, he took great care of us, the buyer, and it was much appreciated. We definitely recommend Vince and everyone at Crasto.
Ahead of the rest -
One of the best agents on the coast, We have bought with Vince from Crasto Properties twice now and each time it has been easy and worry free. I would highly recommend Vince knowing that he will put every client needs first. It is rare to find an agent that is as honest and compassionate as Vince.
Not just a great agent Vince is the BEST.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Vince twice now. He has been the hardest working and the most up to date agent I have ever dealt with. He offers the best communication between his client and vendor and works to obtain the best outcome for both. I would highly recommend Vince and thank him for his continued hard work.
