We see the power of community and how as individuals the way we engage with the world matters.
The connection between real estate and art is something that is often overlooked.
“To create a home we must surround ourselves with pieces of ourselves.”
The real estate industry places focus on the logistics of selling a home and lets the emotional side fall to the wayside, however, the emotional side creates the home. It houses core memories and shelters milestones in our life that we hold dearly, so we must give it as much, if not more weight as we do the logistical process.
We’ve opened our office space up to our community, officially beginning with our artist in residence, Kylie Daniel, the 2023 and 2024 The Block Artist. Our hope with this initiative is to play a more direct and active part in supporting our community in it’s entirety.
As a company, our focus is on people and what we do is foster the transition into a new phase of life. We’re helping set up a new reality, it whatever sense that may be, so the importance and focus is on people above all else, as it should be.
Our position within the real estate industry offers us insight into the affects of the current economic situation, and while our hands are tied in many situations, they are not tied in our understanding that there’s more to this business than getting a commission and becoming a social media personality. There’s a lot of struggle in our community and our focus is on offering whatever help we can. It might not change the world but hopefully it can give the people we work with the unwavering understanding that they are supported.
