He has lived in Europe, Asia and the USA and has had the opportunity to work with and manage people from various nationalities. Very nice, professional, honest and competent agent - Over one year we appointed 2 agents one after the other who listed our house for sale without success. When Lexi Catolico from Crasto Properties knocked on my door to find out if I was interested in selling my home in Merrimac, I was cynical of real estate agents and their promises. However, her friendliness, professionalism and persistent follow-up resulted in me inviting her and Chris Crasto to discuss what they had to offer. As they had recently sold a home a couple of doors down the road, they were confident of getting me buyers for my home. I had previously gone through a negative sale process which cost me money and where the agent tried to beat me down substantially on price. I also had another prominent local agent who through false promises lost me a lot of money. Needless to say, I was skeptical.
