as being the future CBD of the Gold Coast. Its head office is strategically located
to service the central Gold Coast and the Hinterland. Since its conception in July
2000, the company has evolved to offer the consumer a real estate option where the
client truly matters most. It achieves the best results based on the values of great
teamwork, exceptional service and effective systems.
The journey began in 2000 with the opening of Advantage Real Estate, an independent
office. Within a couple of years, the company grew to a team of 18 and had a strong
market share that was achieved by incredible results. In 2003, after being approached
by RE/MAX which is an American real estate franchise, the company took on the dream
to run large multiple offices. 2004 saw the opening of a new office in Surfers Paradise
that had the capacity of 80 salespeople. The company grew to a team of 40. However,
in 2006, due to a change in personal and family commitments saw the directors move
back to Robina and change their focus from running large teams to running a boutique
business that was focused on their value system.
The need in the market for a local company with a focus on being flexible and offer
clients old fashioned service and values while incorporating modern day professionalism
and technology saw the change of the brand to Crasto Properties.
